Team Lead-Sales HR/ Sales HR Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition as per business requirements in Sales and Corporate as per defined timelines.
• Provide direction to employees in the resolution of problems, related to benefits, company policies, etc.
• Ensure adherence to the documentation timelines as per process during employees life-cycle.
• Drive Cultural change initiatives in the sales function and work closely with respective stake-holders.
• Annual Manpower budgeting and frame strategies for the hiring and deployment plan accordingly.
• Compensation benchmarking and competition business analysis to support business in framing strategies.
• Responsible for HRIS/employee master data administration and maintenance and to ensure real time update.
• To ensure timelines are met in order to complete ongoing short- and long-term projects.
• Design and implement employee engagement strategies for sales function PAN India.
• Conduct training sessions related to Ethics, benefits, safety, policies or others as required. Grievance redressal and amicable disposal/resolution.
• To support talent management in initiatives like succession planning, various surveys, PMS, TNI and other projects as per business requirement.
• Support in data management and analytics as per business requirement like on-boardings, exit, diversity, retention, manpower cost, HR initiatives, engagement & welfare to name a few.

Qualification Required: MBA/PGDM (Regular)

Experience Required: 10-12 Years

Location: Gurugram, Sector 44

Preferred Candidate: Having Sales HR experience
