Conflicts Associate 1

Individuals in this role will research internal databases identifying situations where conflicts of interest issues may exist, summarize researchfindingsanddeliversummary reportstotheengagementteam.Individualsinthis rolewillalsoprovideproceduralsupporttoengagementteams navigating the firm's conflict check requirements.

EssentialDuties

• Process conflict of interest searches, including analyzingandinterpretingcomplexsearchresultsaccordingtorulesofprofessionalconduct applicableprofessionalstandardsand generates conflict reports
• Performssearches ofexternalandinternaldatabasesforpertinentinformationonexistingandprospectiveclientsandrelated parties
• Assistsdepartmentleadershipinobtainingappropriatedocumentationtoensureallengagementsandconflictresolutionsare documented and recorded in the Firms conflicts system
• Educatesandprovidesguidancetointernalcustomersregardingconflictsandintakepoliciesandprocedures
• Otherdutiesas assigned

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

• GraduationRequired
• MBA - Preferred

TECHNICAL/SOFTSKILLS

• ProficientwithMicrosoftOfficeSuiteapplicationsincluding Word, Excel, and Outlook Required
• Strong familiarity with financial and legal transactions, organizationtypes,andcorporatefamilystructuresPreferred
