Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to EV charging technology, charger types, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Understand basic EV charging technology and troubleshoot common issues.
- Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate department or technical team.
- Accurately log customer interactions and details in the call center software and CRM systems.
- Maintain and update customer records as needed.
- Demonstrate empathy and active listening skills to understand and address customer concerns.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer problems, identify possible solutions, and take appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate in a rotating shift schedule to provide 24/7 customer support.
- Be flexible and available for different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
