JOB SUMMARY:

This role, "Senior Associate" RSM USI Service management and operations will be responsible and accountable for supporting all activities associated with operations planning, organizing, implementation, monitoring, control and continuous improvement

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Project Management
  • Planning and Coordination:Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and coordinate tasks to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Stakeholder Management:Communicate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring:Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure the project stays within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Total Quality Management All activities associated with enterprise/LOB/FCS Quality initiatives
  • Develop and Implement Quality Standards:Establish and maintain comprehensive quality standards and procedures to ensure all products and services meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement:Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
  • Training and Development:Conduct training programs and workshops to educate employees on quality standards, best practices, and the importance of quality management, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.
  • Performance Excellence
  • Project Management:Oversee and manage specific projects such as seat utilization, leverage ratios, and FCS growth analytics, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to support decision-making and track project performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Operations governance program management
  • Leadership Connect Coordination:Organize and facilitate half-yearly leadership connect meetings, ensuring effective communication and alignment between leadership and operational teams. Prepare agendas, coordinate schedules, and manage follow-up actions.
  • Annual Planning:Lead the annual planning process, including setting objectives, developing strategic plans, and aligning resources to meet organizational goals. Ensure comprehensive documentation and communication of the planning outcomes.
  • Governance and Compliance:Oversee governance frameworks and compliance protocols to ensure all operations adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Monitor and report on governance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Global mobility
  • Process Monitoring and Coordination:Oversee and coordinate global mobility processes, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with international regulations. Address any issues promptly to maintain seamless operations.
  • Data Analysis and Insights:Analyze mobility data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Generate actionable insights and recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of GM processes.
  • Reporting and Continuous Improvement:Prepare detailed reports on global mobility activities and performance metrics. Use these reports to drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the GM processes remain aligned with organizational goals and best practices.
  • Business continuity planning
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation:Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities that could disrupt business operations. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure the organization can continue functioning during and after a crisis.
  • Plan Development and Maintenance:Create and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans that outline procedures for responding to various types of disruptions. Regularly update these plans to reflect changes in the business environment and emerging threats.
  • Training and Testing:Conduct training sessions and simulations to prepare employees for potential disruptions. Test the effectiveness of business continuity plans through drills and exercises and refine them based on feedback and lessons learned.
  • Adhoc projects
  • Project Planning and Execution:Develop detailed project plans for ad hoc initiatives, outlining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Ensure timely and efficient execution of these projects to meet organizational goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to gather necessary information, coordinate efforts, and ensure alignment with overall business strategies. Facilitate effective communication and teamwork throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:Track the progress of ad hoc projects, identifying any issues or roadblocks. Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for future improvements.
  • EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in project management and operations excellence role.
  • Proven track record in quality management like yellow belt or green belt certification and performance excellence initiatives.
  • Certifications and other SKILLS
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
  • Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to manage adhoc projects and tasks as needed.
  • EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are preferred.
  • TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
