Assistant Manager - Operation

The resource has to support the business development team's ineffective training coordination of all trainings happening across India (Virtual / Physical) for Management System, Sustainability and Six Sigma and local event management for all trainings happening in the Northern area in coordination with the business development team.

• Applying for advance for any food arrangements/hotel arrangements
• Ensuring that all study materials are printed, and the kit arranged at the venue in advance.
• Liaison with vendors for food arrangements and printing of course material, including ensuring that they receive their payment on time.
• Inform RFL / Admin staff at Gurugram, Noida and other North region locations, in case training is planned in the office.
• Ensuring that participants/customers are given proper directions to reach the venue.
• Ensuring that break timings are adhered to (Tea and Lunch breaks) as decided by the trainer.
• Ensure that the trainer kit has been handed over to the trainer including the exam papers.
• Supporting in trainer travel/accommodation if any.
• Submission of event expense details to Accounts.
• Ensuring that the venue is equipped with all necessary resources before training. (e.g. Whiteboard, Course material kit, Markers, Projector, etc.)
• Ensuring that the post-training documents are dispatched to the appropriate location / BOSS team member.
• Dispatching invoices to customers and doing follow-up for payments.
• Updating training-related info on the portal.
• Registering all training on ADM and taking care of all portal-related activities.
• Payment follow-up with all our B2B clients.
