Job Description
Job responsibility: -
- Responsible for procurement & ordering of various AIS/GIS substation awarded projects like 220KV GIS substation IOCL Panipat, 400KV GIS pooling substation of NTPC Khavda, 220KV GIS extension of BSPTCL Gopalganj.
- Publishing RFQ as per project procurement plan, preparation of comparative costing along with technical specification, negotiation with supplier for better offers,
- Creation of CPDC & PO in SAP with necessary approval as per SOP, follow up the material vigorously with the suppliers to ensure the dispatch on time.
- Responsible for supplier s equipment drawings/GTP, QAP, TTR & documents submission to engineering, getting approval & issuing MFC to supplier.
- Support to bidding/tendering submission to getting better offers from suppliers.
- Preparing & maintaining project procurement plan for awarded projects.
