Procurement Buyer (Project Procurement)

Position: Procurement Buyer
Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience: 6-17 years
Education: BE/BTech or Diploma in Engineering

Industry- Marine, Shipping, Oil & Gas, Energy

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the procurement process for high-value tenders, including RFI, RFP, RFQ, and e-tendering.
Manage the complete procurement cycle, ensuring timely sourcing and vendor management.
Negotiate commercial and technical aspects, ensuring budget approval and cost-effective solutions.
Source quotes from suppliers and drive competitive pricing while maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and environmental measures.
Understand and apply international trade & shipping terms, with particular expertise in the marine environment.
Oversee LC payment terms, milestone payments, and the development of appropriate sources of supply.
