Senior Officer - Procurement

Job responsibility: -

1. Responsible for procurement & ordering of various AIS/GIS substation awarded projects like 220KV GIS substation IOCL Panipat, 400KV GIS pooling substation of NTPC Khavda, 220KV GIS extension of BSPTCL Gopalganj.
2. Publishing RFQ as per project procurement plan, preparation of comparative costing along with technical specification, negotiation with supplier for better offers,
3. Creation of CPDC & PO in SAP with necessary approval as per SOP, follow up the material vigorously with the suppliers to ensure the dispatch on time.
4. Responsible for supplier s equipment drawings/GTP, QAP, TTR & documents submission to engineering, getting approval & issuing MFC to supplier.
5. Support to bidding/tendering submission to getting better offers from suppliers.
6. Preparing & maintaining project procurement plan for awarded projects.
