Senior Engineer - Maintenance

Job Responsibilities
Independently handling critical machine breakdowns in Optical fiber cable plant
Plan and execute preventive maintenance of machines as well as utilities.
Analyze breakdowns and implement action plans to eliminate them.
Execute Improvement & Capex projects.
Provide technical guidance & training to the team
Achievement of departmental KPIs. (PM adherence, MTBF, MTTR, Power saving, Spares cost management, safety)
Maintain Maintenance related data in SAP & IMS documentation
Manpower management in the respective shift.
Reduction in cost related to repairs.
Qualification -
BE/BTech
Technical -
Hands on experience on VFD s of SIEMENS, Yasakawa, Schneider, Parker, Delta and Kirloskar drives of AC and DC
Functional -
Knowledge of PLC Ladder
Operational Knowledge of OFC machinery
Behavioral -
Analytical Skills & Problem-Solving Skill
