Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our marketplace operations across Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Myntra, and Pepper-fry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling e-commerce operations, driving sales growth, and improving marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Marketplace Management:

• Handle day-to-day operations on Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central), Flipkart, Myntra, and Pepper-fry.
• Upload new product listings, optimize content, and ensure accurate pricing.
• Manage product cataloguing, keyword optimization, and A+ content.

✅ Order & Inventory Management:

• Ensure timely order processing, fulfilment, and returns management.
• Coordinate with warehouses to maintain stock availability.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

✅ Sales Growth & Performance Optimization:

• Analyze marketplace sales trends and implement growth strategies.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and deals.
• Optimize product rankings through SEO, PPC, and ad campaigns.
• Improve product visibility and customer engagement.

✅ Advertising & Marketing Strategies:

• Manage Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads, and Pepper-fry promotions.
• Monitor ad performance and optimize ROI-driven campaigns.

✅ Vendor & Customer Relationship Management:

• Coordinate with marketplace account managers to resolve issues.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and ensure a smooth buying experience.

✅ Reports & Data Analysis:

• Track sales, revenue, and profitability across all platforms.
• Generate reports on product performance and suggest improvements.
• Analyse competitor strategies and implement best practices.

Key Requirements:

🔹 Experience: 2-4 years in E-commerce operations & marketplace handling.

🔹 Platforms: Strong knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, Flipkart, Myntra, and Pepper-fry.

🔹 Skills:

• Expertise in listing optimization, ad campaigns, inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Flipkart Insights, Myntra Pulse, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and ensure operational excellence.
