Job Purpose

The Digital Marketing division of Royal Enfield's Global Brand team is responsible for providing

thoughtful, thorough, and robust strategy for all digital touch-points (Web, Mobile, Search, Social,Display, and Video) and then execute those recommendations expertly. The team leverages theexpertise of each channel to make sure its recommendations are consistently excellent and innovative, and that in-channel performance and data integrity are maximized. You will be a part of this team with a specific focus on data analytics, optimization and driving efficiencies for the brands digital efforts, supporting the team to build effective and efficient customer nurturing streams. This Project Manager will work directly with our business, brand, and IT team to drive solutions development, support, and implementations using enterprise-level web solutions like e.g., AEM (sites, forms, assets etc.), Google Analytics 4, etc. Working at multiple levels with the vendors, business, and marketing teams, you will evaluate the proposed solution, assess risks, plan the implementation, own the delivery, and manage the overall success of the project(s). You will own delivery and acceptance of the project scope as defined in the statement of work. You will ensure successful product development and deployment.

What you'll do:

  • Act as the central client point of contact throughout the projects life. It includes ideation, project scoping, project planning, vendor evaluation, and project delivery.
  • Clearly understand and communicate business requirements and integration points in the context of the statement of work.
  • Coordinate project delivery process with key contributors to help handle the scope and prepare change requests, including tasks, deliverables, landmarks, resources, and estimated costs.
  • Handle all day-to-day administrative activities of a given project from inception to closure.
  • Maintain regular communication with both the vendor and internal teams, and constantly manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Achieve customer delight through successful delivery of defined project scope and successful go-to-market.
  • Compile business requests and deployment issues, to provide a feedback channel into our core products.
  • Work with third-party subcontractors and technology partners as required.
  • Report project status internally and externally.
  • Overall 4 years of experience in technical project management.
  • Proven experience as a project manager including client-facing project management, including delivering enterprise-scale web applications or analytics implementations
  • Solid project management experience in application support and maintenance projects.
  • Innovative problem solver.
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Superb organizational skills to be able to coordinate complicated projects.
  • Shown ability to understand the impact of technical changes, and to articulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems.
  • Understanding of standard software development processes and engagement methodologies. Hands-on experience in handling agile development projects is a must.
  • Experience managing projects with one or more of the following technologies: AEM, Google Analytics, and UI frameworks like React, Typescript, and Node.js.
  • Understanding and experience with one or more of the following domains: Web Content Management, Rich internet applications, Web & Social Analytics, online ad targeting, and content personalization.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience as a Manager or Consultant in a technology-driven organization.
  • 4 or more years Handling Agile development projects.
  • Shown experience coordinating globally distributed teams.
  • Should be well versed with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or CMS or Digital Marketing.
  • Understanding of UI/UX for digital products.

4 years and above (3 years with Digital agency, 1 with brand agency is preferred)


Qualification:

Bachelors degree (Full Time) - Advertising, Communication or similar stream) and MBA (Full Time) (Advertising, Communication or similar stream)
