Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a result driven, enthusiastic & ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our founder-led sales team.

Responsibilities

• Closing on quarterly lead targets
• Account management of existing customers for upselling
• Writing call scripts & making cold calls 
• Writing email pitches & running cold email campaigns
• Finding & curating ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)  for new offerings 
• Creating lead list from multiple sources
• Generating Sales Qualified Leads on periodic basis & Qualifying Marketing Qualified Leads
• Pitching and maintaining relationships with channel partners
• Maintaining CRM & keeping track of deals, closure, contacts etc.

Skills

• Understanding of IT Sales & Services
• Understanding of different engagement models & price points
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Advanced emailing skills / writing formal email pitches 
• Should have cold calling experience
• Creating sales pitches for services
• Understanding of IT sales, value propositions, pitching in different ways
• Should be able to use MS Office, CRM, Sales intelligence tools
