Qualification :B.Tech/B.E.-• Instrumentation, B.Tech/B.E.-• Production / Industrial with 4 to 12 of relevant experience


CTC: Full Time, Permanent and Onroll Job , As per Industry Norms. Should be willing to work in night shift if required anytime.


Need to lead the team of Automation & Manufacturing Engineering, should handle  different projects of Automations for both the plants etc.


Job Responsibility:


Responsibilities for Automation Department:


• Understanding the Automation requirement, Project Plan and concept. Preparation of RFQ, Vendor evaluation, Quotation study & Evaluation of process.
• Development of Automation system hardware &Software as per the process requirement, Electrical circuit design, Selection of Electrical items, Prepare BoM of electrical items.
• PLC & HMI/LabView/SQL programming for SPMs/Automation line.
• Install & Commission Automation systems & achieve the planned deliverables. Troubleshooting of systems.
• Preparation of Operating Manuals, SOP& training to shop / maintenance persons, Handover to production/maintenance.
• Provide technical solutions to automated processes
• Participate in cross functional team for product failure root cause analysis
• Ensure work instructions creation and training provide to technical staffs on the operation or maintenance of new machines or auxiliary equipment.
• Good knowledge of Sensors Application, Motors /Actuators, Pneumatic, Vision system
• Provide training and guidance to the automation team
• Knowledge of Mitsubishi PLC Programming, UR robotic programming & Keyence vision programming will be an advantage
• Team player, self-motivated and able to follow datelines and able to lead
• Identify cost effective supplier for new Machines.


Responsibilities for Manufacturing Engineering Department:


• Overall responsibility for Manufacturing activities across the business
• Create and implement best practice manufacturing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance
• Ensure that manufacturing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs, in terms of price, quality and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market
• Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities
• Contribute to overall business strategy and annual budget process
• Take ownership of the manufacturing policy, guidelines and any associated documents
• Initiate and develop creative and innovative manufacturing processes
• This job involves Process engineering into assembly line which includes RFQ / RFA preparation and assets Procurements and installation and Handover.
• Capacity Building to support production line activities.
• Initiate coordinate for process improvements to Improve process capacity and Productivity which also includes procuring new equipment, upgrading existing equipment layout changes etc.
• Evaluation of Plant capacity in line to the business demand and to support new business(Capacity for Producing new products)
• Complete New asset documentation like control Plan / SOP in line with ISO /TS Requirements.
• Special Project - Quality, Process, Safety Improvement Projects.
• Continuous Improvement.
• Lean Manufacturing.
• Project Management.
• GMP.


Remarks for experience required -Electromechanical 
Software Skill: MS office, hand on different types of equipment's,
QMS requirements - Basic QMS requirements
Tools Knowledge -Problem Solving, Automation new technology etc.
Process Knowledge - Valve industry, different types of Automation, SCADA etc.
