Qualification : Diploma-• Engineering (preferred) / BE - Engineering with min 3 years of experience in similar role. Should be willing to work in night shifts as and when required

.Job Location : Vadodara

Job Responsibility: Improve RFT ratio by working as CFT, process control by SOP, Control Plan,
Responsible for improvement in process, COPQ improvement

1. To carry out the work allocated by Head Quality
2. To approve first piece for manufacturing processes.
3. To carry out the product audit and process audit
4. To review in process rejection
5. To release the negative work order from JD system
6. To ensure production runs smoothly as per the laid down systems / procedures
7. To report the nonconformance to  Quality and Production Head
8. To carry our receipt inspection of parts / components
9. To clear the material in JD system
10. To send the non-conformance report to Supplier , Materials and SQI Engineer
11.  To prepare the Receiving Control Plans
12. To carry out the Millipore inspection , Microstructure analysis
13.  To carry out manufacturing process , product and dock audits
14.  Project Management - Verification of Product quality in receipt/ in process & final stage.
15. Calculating & updating Cp & Cpk values on SPC charts
16.  To review nonconforming material including scrap

Authority:

1. To stop the line/ machine any time if generating non-conforming parts.
2. To scrap the rejected parts physically
3. To clear the material - GRR in JD system
4. To approve out Pre-dispatch Inspection / Dock Audits
