Title: Team Member -  MPD
Qualification : Any Engineering from Auto Components, tyre industry
CTC : Full time job, on roll job
Job Location : Vadodara


JOB RESPONSIBILITY : 
Managing change with proper documentation
Capacity Planning of new Projects
Plan & execute Prototypes sub assembly
Plan & Monitor Prototype assembly & testing (Large Volume)
Inhouse Manufacturing Process issue resolution of new Projects
Fixture, Tooling & Equipment Planning of New Projects
Follow up of line readiness with automation and suggestions
Trial & issue resolution of Assy & test bench
Monitoring Production of tooled up sample & dispatch
Material Handling plan for new projects
Line setup for new projects
Identify the issue in Process from tooled up sample till PPAP
Root cause finding and resolution of aforesaid issue
Training to Operator
Review of APQP documentation-Phase 2
Review of APQP documentation-Phase 3
Review of APQP documentation-Phase 4
Review of APQP documentation-Phase 5
PPAP with Customer & PPAP lot production
Monitor Production of initial SOP lots
Handover to Production along with documentation
Scheduled process validation
Production PFMEA review based upon recent occurrences and actions
Production Control plan review


Software Skills :MS Office, Minitab, Any CAD Software
Soft Skills :  Good Behavior, Good Inter personal skill
QMS requirements : Basic Knowledge
Tools Knowledge:  Basic Knowledge
Process Knowledge: Good knowledge
