Qualification : diploma.-• Mechanical  (6yrs exp) /B.Tech/B.E.-• Mechanical with min 3 years of experience in similar role. 

Job Location : Vadodara

Job Responsibility: 

1. Sourcing of supplier / vendors as per NPD requirement

2. Supplier selection, On-site assessment and capability study at supplier end along

with QA & SQI team.

3. Sending RFQ and Feasibility study with supplier

4. Price & delivery negotiation

5. Preparation of Purchase order for tooling, Proto sample and Pilot batches.

6. Coordination with Design, QA, SQI, Stores and Procurement team.

7. Advance payment FMS updation.

8. FSIR request updation through FMS

9. Handling of Rework / rejection material.

10. Maintaining the records as per QMS / QAP.

11. Cost saving by alternate supplier / process / material

Remarks for experience required - For Knowledge of different manufacturing process, Experience in SAP, Sourcing and Vendor development
