Job Description
- Oversee and manage the inventory of all PEB-related materials including steel sections, fasteners, cladding, insulation, and other structural components.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and replenishment of materials.
- Supervise the receipt, inspection, and proper documentation of materials delivered to the store.
- Ensure materials are stored according to safety standards and manufacturer recommendations to avoid damage or deterioration.
- Implement appropriate labeling and coding systems for easy identification and retrieval of materials.
- Coordinate with the project management and construction teams to fulfill material orders promptly.
- Maintain an efficient system for issuing materials and tracking usage to prevent shortages and delays.
- Manage the timely dispatch and transportation of materials to various project sites.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of materials received, issued, and in stock.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, order status, and materials usage for senior management and project teams.
