• Proficiency in controlling shrinkage through various methods (e.g., loss prevention measures).
• Ability to analyse sales data using tools like MIS reports.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
• Oversee floor management, including visual merchandising, inventory control, and stock replenishment.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce shrinkage and improve overall profitability.
• Lead a team of retail staff members, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
