Hiring - Regional Store Manager / In-charge - Bangalore

• Manage inventory stock: Monitor stock levels and ensure stores have the right amount of inventory.
• Receive shipment: Unpack and verify how much stock you have received, then store inventory properly.
• Track all inventory stock: Monitor all stock of Housekeeping, Stationery, Pantry, IT Assets, Staff Items, and Student Items
• Coordinating with FM & IT: Request to notify your FM for staff items and student items and connect with your IT team for IT asset support.
• Invoice Management: Maintain all invoice records related to stock in Excel sheet/Google sheet
• Daily inventory Out-In: You need to keep track of how many items are being taken in-out of the store on a daily basis
• Properly Distribute: You have to distribute things properly and department wise
• You will ensure that student belongings are allotted to student members only
• You will ensure that staff belongings are allotted to staff members only
• Complaints and Queries: You will be required to address complaints and queries from your VP staff and students
• IT asset recovery: If you have recovered IT assets in your VP.
• ERP: Updating proper data on ERP (eg. student inventory etc.)
• Manage In/Out register & Gate pass: Maintain the in-out register and gate passes to track the stock in, stock out & stock transfer, from one location to another location.
• Monthly Stock verification report: Preparing monthly stock report and taking signature from BH.
