Job Title : Engineer(12 hrs Shift)

Department : Quality Assurance(Inprocess)

Roles And Responsibilities :
Process Experience of Sheet Metal Forming
1st off & patrol inspection report
SPC
Awareness of Profile Projector, Roughness tester, roundness tester,
Basic knowledge of CMM
Basic Knowledge of computer system
Awareness about IATF 16949
Understand to GD & T Parameter
Red bin analysis
Basic knowledge of SAP.
Process and product audit
Awareness about control plan and FMEA
Specific Skills Required (Technical & Behavioral):
Good Communication Skill Must
Problem Solving Skills- Red Bin & Why Why Analysis
Planning & Organising
Basic Knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Power point, MS-Office .

Educational Qualification (Regular):
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3-5 yrs
Industry Exposure:
Automotive Sheet Metal
Computer Proficiency: Yes
Managerial Experience, if any:
