About Zopper:.
Zopper is a series C-funded startup in the insurtech space. We enable large B2C businesses to offer insurance to their customers.
We do this by fusing insurance and technology seamlessly to provide end-to-end solutions to our Business partners. Based on the need of Business partner, we create the Product i.e. customised insurance plans by partnering with Insurance companies.
We then integrate these customised Insurance plans with the tech systems of the Business partners by creating customised APIs on our SAAS platform. Our Sales enablement team which is a large feet on street team enables the last mile sale of insurance by training & supporting the sales teams of our Business Partners.
Finally we have an operations & support teams which continues to provide technical & customer support to our Business partners to support them through the cutomer experience journey.
Position Overview:
- I am looking to hire an Inside Sales & Demand Generation person, who will carry out the task of- creating leads for business, and manage inside sales for all inbound and outbound leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales:
The job would involve the following (but not restricted to):
- Develop and implement inside sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify- and target potential clients through various channels inbound and outbound (B2B).
- Manage and prioritize incoming leads from organic and paid campaigns.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and determine their potential fit for our- products or services.
- Actively engage with suspects and potential clients through outbound calls, emails,- and other communication channels.
- Identify the right person in the organization and make the first pitch.
- Conduct- effective sales pitch and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.
- Maintain a database of all leads, contacts, and customer information.
- Pipeline- Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring that opportunities are efficiently- managed from lead generation to disbursal.
- Maintain relations with internal stakeholders to keep the database up to date.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze sales activities, pipeline stages, and- conversion rates.
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to generate new leads- for business.
- Identify the right tools and vendors for effective lead generation email marketing,- cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Google, Zoom Info etc.
- Responsible for Data Mining and Market Research through the internet, Building- databases, Proficient in secondary research.
Good to have skills.
- Hands on experience on CRM tools.
- Performance marketing experience for lead generations Linkedin, Google, Meta.
- Knowledge of insurance/insurtech space is an added advantage.
Requirements.
- 4-5 years of experience in inside sales & lead generation in B2B SaaS industry (preferably in Insurtech sector.
