Location : Shivajinagar(HO)
Notice Period : Immediate/ Serving/ 30 days
1. Training Coordinator: Assists in organizing and scheduling training programs.
2. Learning and Development Assistant: Supports the design and execution of learning initiatives.
3. HR Training Associate: Handles administrative aspects of employee training and development.
4. Training Logistics Management:
Schedule training sessions and book venues or virtual platforms.
Prepare and distribute training materials and resources.
5. Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and employee progress.
Generate reports on training outcomes for management review.
6. Facilitation Support:
Assist senior trainers during training sessions by managing tools and addressing participant queries.
Provide technical support for virtual training sessions, if applicable.
7. Employee Engagement
Communicate with employees to gather feedback on training sessions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance employee participation.
8. Continue Improvement
Participate in internal discussions to optimize the effectiveness of training programs.
