Plumbing Engineer

#Position : Senior Engineer - Plumbing

#Experience : 7 - 12 Years

#Qualification : Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech - Electrical

#Location : Shivajinagar, Pune

#Notice Period : Immediate/ Serving/ 30 days

Please Note : Candidates with Industrial Experience are preferable(Should be working on contractors' side)

Key Responsibilities

1. Scheduling the day to day work & Discuss/updating the same with my senior
2. Material Indenting
3. Coordination with store & purchase department for material procurement
4. Allotting the work to the contractor according to schedule or as per site requirement
5. Site supervision and checking all plumbing and fire fighting works
6. Review the Contractors installation method statements
7. Identifying & sorting out the execution issues
8. Ensuring the materials issued from stores are being used properly
9. Discussing with our Senior about the site/work issues and sorting it out
10. Ensuring the plumbing works are completed prior to concreting and giving clearance for slab concreting
11. Offering the works done, for quality Inspection
12. Preparation of Labor & Subcontractors bills
13. Handling of all drawings and maintaining drawing register
14. Maintaining DPR & WPR, updating the same with our Project Manager
15. Man power Management
16. Maintaining Check list and bills
17. Attending the site meetings
18. Handing Over of flats, pump rooms, STP & Electromechanical equipments
19. Maintaining all the handing over documents, pumps certificates, bore well reports
20. Coordinate with our Supervisor/Contractor/Civil Team to achieve planned quantity & building Maintenance work
