Recruitment Coordinator (US Shift - Contractual)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct recruitment activities using LinkedIn Recruiter and local job portals.
• Act as a coordination point between the India and US Human Resource teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and generate comprehensive monthly reports.
• Work 5-8 hours daily during the US shift (5 days a week).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 3-8 years of experience in Human Resources, specializing in recruitment.
• Experience in global hiring will be a strong advantage.
• Flexibility and willingness to work during the US shift.
