Role & responsibilities

• Greeting and Welcoming Visitors: Greet clients and visitors promptly and courteously, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to.
• Answering Phones: Handle incoming calls efficiently, providing accurate information and transferring calls to appropriate staff members.
• Managing Appointments: Schedule appointments for agents and clients, ensuring a smooth workflow and minimizing conflicts.
• Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of appointments, client information, and other relevant data.
• General Office Administration: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing office supplies.
• Providing Client Support: Offer basic information and assistance to clients, such as answering inquiries about properties or directing them to appropriate agents.
• Maintaining a Clean and Organized Workspace: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
