Role

Key Responsibilities:


1. Facilities and Infrastructure Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of office facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades, renovations, and office expansions when needed.
  • Proactive capacity planning to meet the growing requirements of the company.

2. Operations and Budget Management:

  • Manage administrative operations, ensuring the optimal allocation and utilization of resources.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage budgets for administrative expenses while identifying opportunities for cost reduction.

3. Vendor and Contract Management:

  • Negotiate, manage, and monitor contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Establish strong relationships with key service providers and regularly review their performance.

4. Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, ESG and legal requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and address compliance gaps or risks.

5. Employee Welfare and Workplace Environment:

  • Oversee employee welfare programs, ensuring their effective implementation.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace environment by managing EHS compliances and addressing grievances related to administrative services promptly.

6. Team Leadership and Coordination:

  • Lead and mentor the administrative team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration across teams to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Capability to address complex operational challenges effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.

Qualifications


Key Qualifications:


Educational Background:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field from a reputed university.


Experience:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in administrative roles, preferably in large-scale organizations.

• Proven track record of managing facilities, operations, and large teams effectively.


Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in using administrative tools and software, such as MS Office Suite

• Familiarity with workplace safety standards and regulations.

• Knowledge of budgeting and financial planning.


Soft Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Ability to adapt and perform in a dynamic work environment.
