Manager/Senior Manager(Insurance KPO)

Responsibilities:-

• Centralized Sales Enablement Function: Set up, build and lead a centralized sales enablement function by bringing in industry best practices. Build on existing tools, processes, team and infrastructure.
• Market Insights: Undertake secondary research by leveraging multiple sources such as LinkedIn Navigator and market subscribed databases to provide valuable insights and triggers to sales and business leaders.
• Stakeholder Mapping: Engage with, track and map key stakeholders and market consultants. Help identify right touchpoints at client organizations.
• Scheduling Initial Meetings/Connects: Work with inside sales and marketing teams to design effective market outreach campaigns to help schedule initial client meetings and connects with sales and business leaders.

Requirements:-

• Experience in market research and competitive analysis in the insurance business.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Results-oriented with a focus on driving business impact and achieving targets.

Education Qualification and Experience:-

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably coupled with an MBA from a top college in India.
• 6-12 years of proven experience in in go-to-market, sales enablement experience in insurance practice
