Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads generated by our marketing team.
• Experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, building network and messaging for platform.
• Experience in Zoho and calling platforms like Skype for business, targeted telecalling for US.
• Understanding prospects' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Building and networking for prospect list and database pipeline built.
• Be able to understand prospective client need and give an overview of how we can help them.
• Achieve and maintain good product/technical knowledge.
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of RMSI products and services on video conference.
• Work on marketing campaigns and drive inside sales track for them.
• Nurture the leads from other sources as well and bring them to meeting with sales stage.
• Staying informed about Competition products and services.
• Qualifying Leads and passing them to our Major Accounts Team for opportunity creation.
• Work with the wider Sales and Marketing team.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 3 Plus years of lead generation quota carrying role
• Should have consistently exceeded key performance metrics
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate concepts to cross-functional audiences
• Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills
• BE/BTech/ BCA or Equivalent degree required. Masters or MBA a plus
