Position - Hotel Reservation (Operation Department)

Job Responsibilities :

Experience is handling corporate bookings of Domestic and International Hotels
Experience in handling escalation smoothly
Should be aware about the payment methods for hotel booking.
Handled online booking tool (Booking.com, Agoda ETC)
Coordinate offline with Hotels for booking or cancellations
Coordinate with travel agents related to bookings.
