Product Manager/ Freshers

Job Summary:

We are seeking a fresher MBA in Product Management to join our team as a Product Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for product development, a keen understanding of customer needs, and excellent communication and leadership skills. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product vision, developing product roadmaps, and working closely with cross-functional teams to launch new products and features.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define product vision and strategy based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals

- Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features and requirements

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to launch new products and features

- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences

- Create business cases and proposals to support product investments

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions and measure product success

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

- MBA in Product Management or related field (freshers welcome)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- User experience (UX) understanding and design thinking skills

- Technical expertise, including proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and product management software
