Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering & Documentation:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and objectives.
• Create and maintain clear and concise PRDs and BRDs to document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and ensure requirements align with the business strategy.
2. Wireframing & Prototyping:
• Design and create wireframes to visually represent workflows and functionality.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure wireframes align with user experience standards.
• Present wireframes and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
3. Stakeholder Communication & Presentation:
• Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical information into business-friendly language for clear understanding across teams.
4. Collaboration with Development Teams:
• Act as a liaison between business teams and development teams, ensuring requirements are accurately understood and implemented.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives to stay aligned with the Agile development process.
5. Quality Assurance Support:
• Assist in defining acceptance criteria and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that deliverables meet business requirements.
• Provide feedback on product functionality and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in business administration.
• 1-1.5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on experience in PRD, BRD, wireframing, and presentations.
• Proficiency in wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma, Sketch) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of technical concepts and terminology, with the ability to communicate effectively with development teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
