Role & responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Territory Business Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Business Officers and achieving sales targets for a designated territory. The Territory Business Officer will work closely with the Area Business Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Business Officers and provide guidance and support to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand customer base and achieve sales targets
- Meet with logistics brokers and book loads to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the Area Business Manager to develop and implement territory-level sales plans
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve sales performance
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and other relevant data
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics or sales, with at least 1 year of experience in a leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Logistics background and knowledge of the industry
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Job Title: Area Business Manager
Reports to: Regional Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Business Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Territory Business Officers and achieving sales targets for a designated area. The Area Business Manager will work closely with the Regional Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and expand our customer base.

- 5-7 years of experience in logistics or sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Logistics background and knowledge of the industry
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
