Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Services Executive to manage and oversee our organization's internet, intranet, and email services. The role includes system maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring uninterrupted connectivity. Additionally, the candidate will handle IT procurement, quotations, and payments, along with providing technical assistance during online examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security and integrity of the organization's technology infrastructure.
• Manage and oversee internet and intranet infrastructure for seamless connectivity.
• Overseeing the organization's computer networks, servers, and other hardware to ensure that they are operating efficiently and meeting the organization's needs.
• Managing the organisation's software applications, including ensuring that they were updated and running smoothly and that appropriate security measures were in place
• Created and managed email accounts for new students and employees.
• Monitor, address, and resolve internet and system disruptions promptly.
• Maintaining relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure that the organisation is receiving high-quality services at a reasonable cost.
• Developing disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure that the organization's technology infrastructure can quickly recover from unforeseen events or disasters.
• Ensuring that the organization is in compliance with all relevant technology-related laws, regulations, and standards..
• Provide technical support during online examinations and system-related activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Graduate/any postgraduate/ Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in IT administration, network management, or system support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in email service management and internet infrastructure maintenance.
• Experience in IT procurement and budgeting processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
