About the Role:
- Identify target audience on Linkedin.
- Build solid value proposition statement for target customer.
- Build database, conduct email campaigns, cold calling.
- Create thought leadership content.
- Deliver seamless product demos.
- Negotiate and onbaord customers.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience, preferably any product/service to HR.
- Willing to work in fast paced, result driven startup culture.
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients within target markets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive developments.
- Provide valuable market intelligence and competitive insights.
