About the Role:
Find cross-selling or upselling opportunities:
- Demo product features or case studies or data/stats/insights to account users.
- Proactive client retention by continuously tracking customer success KPIs and by resolving gaps in CS KPIs through internal operations /delivery /tech teams.
Managing dissatisfied clients or lost clients:
- Conduct in-person meeting per month for increasing the engagement and improving the relationship or understanding the ongoing problems because of which engagement is not happening.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience, preferably any product/service to HR.
- Willing to work in fast paced, result driven startup culture.
