Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through headhunting techniques to meet client requirements.
  
• Conduct executive searches for senior-level positions within the IT industry.
  
• Provide recruitment consulting services to clients, including niche hiring and industry mapping.
  
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with both clients and candidates.
  
• Possess convincing power to negotiate salaries and terms with potential candidates.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in recruitment or staffing agency background.
  
• Strong understanding of the IT industry, particularly in areas such as software development, data science, AI, etc.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls or video conferencing sessions.
  
• Proven track record of successfully filling difficult-to-fill roles using creative sourcing methods (e.g., social media outreach).
