Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent for various roles within the organization. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for identifying and engaging with potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Negotiate job offers, including salary discussions and onboarding timelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate information.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
