Role & responsibilities
Leads on end-to-end employee life cycle management, including recruitment processes, onboarding processes, performance conversations, and exit processes.
Stick to the Recruitment roadmap and fill the recruitment process as per schedule.
Provides management with advice on talent attraction and skill requirements.
Ensure to find the right person to the right Position.
Ensure proper induction program is given to the new joiners.
Make sure the JD for the Role is full filled with the candidate.
Drive HR analysis (Attrition, Productivity, other Performance Metrics), workforce reporting, and process administration.
Work with positive culture development and implementation of HR strategy and initiatives, working collaboratively with top management to achieve overall organizational strategic goals.
Act as a liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure all employment policies follow current laws and regulations.
Identify the department vacancies and list them with the in the Recruitment road map.
Build a good rapport with the placement officers form the nearby institutions and pull effective candidates through campus drives suits for organization.
Acts as a coach and trusted advisor to staff, managers, and the leadership team to constructively support leadership capabilities and positive workplace culture.
Share responsibility for workplace grievance resolution processes.
Conduct training/meetings on a periodic basis with the relevant department/functional areas.
Provide periodical KPI training to the employees.
Responsible for staff competency mapping across levels and identifying their gap for further improvement.
