Data Analyst

1. Data Analysis:
   
• Verifying data and invoices.
• Conducting cost analysis and variance monitoring.
• Developing reporting tools for financial metrics and vendor performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
2. Operational Excellence:
   
• Standardizing tools, processes, and frameworks for data-driven decision-making.
• Identifying key metrics and creating dashboards to support business decisions.
• Analyzing strategic initiatives and business performance through advanced analytics and statistical methods.
3. Stakeholder Management:
   
• Collaborating with various teams to achieve project deliverables.
• Advising business stakeholders on the best course of action with respect to data insights.
• Acting as a key point of contact for both technical and non-technical activities related to the project.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Masters or Bachelors degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or Data Visualization.
• Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of experience in financial reporting or data analytics, with proficiency in Power BI, MS Excel, SQL Server, and Databricks.
• Technical Skills: Strong in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence tools, including Power BI, SQL, and Databricks.
• Behavioral Skills: Delivery excellence, business acumen, social intelligence, innovation, and leadership.

Key Knowledge Areas:

• Financial reporting, data analytics, Power BI, MS Excel, and SQL.
• MDM (Master Data Management) tools and strategies.
• Advanced analytics, AI, and demand planning.
