Job Profile

• Monitor KPIs for scaled operations using reports and performance dashboards.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide insights for performance improvements.
• Manage SLA performance and trigger Next Best Actions (NBAs) to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Track real-time performance data and identify gaps.
• Escalate issues and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Measure and report SLA adherence across teams.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of customer service experience in a Command Center or related environment.
• Proficiency in data analytics, visualization, and reporting.
• Strong technical and organizational skills, including multitasking across software applications.
