Mode of Job                                       : Contract to hire (Duration - 6Month which can b extended)

Responsibilities:       

   •    Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers.        

  •    Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable .NET applications.          •       Ensure best coding practices, design patterns, and software development methodologies.         

•      Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define technical solutions.         

•    Optimize application performance, security, and maintainability.       

   •    Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.       

   •    Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend their adoption when relevant. Requirements:        

•   Experience: 6+ years in software development     

Technical Skills:        

  •         Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.         

•         Experience with Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, and Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).         

•         Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework, and NoSQL databases.        

  •         Proficiency in Frontend technologies (Angular/React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.      

    •         Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). 

Soft Skills:        

  •         Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.         

•         Excellent communication and teamwork skills.         

•          Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
