L1 Desktop Support Engineer (F2F Interview)

Role & responsibilities:

• Responding to application Support Requests and Incidents which involve troubleshooting.
• Handle multiple Citrix sessions relating to users issues.
• Knowledge on ITIL process.
• Identify and resolve issues of Windows, VPN, Microsoft applications including O365.
• Strong follow-up on technical queries and providing prompt feedback.
• Prioritizing customer queries and escalating technical issues to L3 team.
• Being a 24x7 operation, the candidate should be willing to work in shifts.
• Have proficiency with helpdesk and remote desktop programs. Preferred prior experience on Service Now.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Written and oral fluency in English.
• Relieving & Experience Letters of all the previous organizations worked with.
• Candidate must have completed Degree / Diploma from a renowned University.
• Notice Period less than 15days
