Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (Rotational Shift)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer with 1+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert technical support to clients, ensuring smooth operation of their systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues in Windows, Linux, and Mac environments, handling security tool implementations, and collaborating with teams to resolve technical problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support for Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
• Implement and manage endpoint security tools (e.g., Trellix EDR, Kaspersky).
• Troubleshoot network and remote access issues.
• Ensure smooth operation of client systems.
• Handle multiple support cases and resolve them in a timely manner.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux OS.
• Experience with endpoint security tools (Trellix EDR, Kaspersky AV).
• Basic understanding of networking and security concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• BSC IT/BCA - IT/B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc./M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science/Information Technology.
• Relevant technical certification required.

Additional Information:

• Rotational Shift availability required.
