Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The Sales Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for our sales teams across various markets. Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-6years of experience in recruiting, preferably with a focus on SAP roles.

• Skills:
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred:

• Experience in recruiting for high-growth or startup environments.
• Knowledge of sales strategies and industry-specific recruiting best practices.
