Position : Customer Support and operations Executive

Qualification:

Any Graduate from reputed colleges/Universities

Ideal Candidate for this position :

➢ Should have basic knowledge about the commodity or equity market.

➢ Should be able to understand the domain.

➢ Sound knowledge of MS Excel

➢ Knowledge of CRM

Job Responsibilities:

• The candidate should be able to understand business logic. The work includes understanding the company operations and business to provide good customer service.
• The candidate will be required to coordinate with the different departments/teams.
• Job includes answering phone calls & emails, calling our respective participants, making MIS reports, sending emails, giving demos, filing etc.
• Daily routine operations work of monitoring auctions/private markets, funds settlement etc will also be part of the job profile.
• The candidate must have good grasping power and must be dedicated, hardworking & must have a positive attitude.
• Candidate must have a basic knowledge of computers, MS Office etc.
• Knowledge of CRM will be an added advantage. The work may extend till late evening.
