Internal Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential B2B clients through market research, database mining, and lead generation tools.
• Cold Calling & Email Outreach: Proactively reach out to decision-makers (VPs of Marketing & Sales) via calls and emails to introduce RightWave Inc.'s services and generate interest.
• Data Analysis: Analyze prospect and customer data to identify trends, business opportunities, and areas for outreach.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
• CRM Management: Maintain and update prospect information, interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with company goals.
• Follow-Ups: Ensure consistent follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and keep leads warm.
• Market Intelligence: Gather insights about industry trends, competitors, and prospect challenges to refine sales approaches.

Requirement & Skills

• Prior experience selling marketing automation services or B2B SaaS solutions is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with senior decision-makers.
• Ability to address objections, spark interest, and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
• Expertise in data analysis and utilizing insights for successful prospecting.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), email automation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• High levels of enthusiasm, persistence, and capability to work independently.
• A collaborative approach to working effectively with sales and marketing teams.
• Willingness to work USA-based hours.
