Solution Architect - ERP/CRM (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with deep expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry processes, S2P platforms, and BPO best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

S2P Platform Expertise :

- Deep understanding of S2P platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle.

- Proficiency in configuring, customizing, and optimizing these platforms.

- Experience in managing platform integrations with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).

Process Improvement :

- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate S2P processes.

- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

Data Analysis :

- Analyze procurement data to identify trends and insights.

- Generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

- Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

Supplier Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

- Resolve supplier issues and disputes efficiently.

- Collaborate with suppliers to improve performance and reduce costs.

Compliance and Risk Management :

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with procurement activities.

- Implement controls to safeguard company assets.
