Job Position Manager F&A.

Major responsibilities :

- Direct tax Drafting and filing of Income Tax returns for the Asset Management Companies (AMCs) after due consultation with tax advisors Drafting and filing of income tax returns for the Alternate Investment Funds (AIFs) after due consultation with tax advisors Preparing and filing of responses to notices etc. received from the income tax department during the course of business whether during assessments or otherwise Preparing and filing of Form 64D and 64C for the AIFs

- Preparing and filing of Form 61B Review and filing of quarterly TDS returns for the AIFs and the AMCs Liasoning with advisors for procurement of Form 15CA and CB in case of foreign remittances Reviewing and assessing the status of direct tax compliance of the portfolio company/ies as and when required Participating in due diligence of portfolio companies to assess the risk and action points for any direct tax related issues Any other direct tax related compliance as may be required from time to time.

- Indirect tax Review and filing of GST returns for the AMCs after due consultation with the advisors Drafting and filing of Annual GST returns for the AMCs after due consultation with the advisors Preparing and filing of responses to the notices etc.

- Received from the GST department and any other indirect tax department Reviewing and assessing the status of indirect tax compliance of the portfolio company/ies as and when required Participating in due diligence of portfolio companies to assess the risk and action points for any indirect tax related issues Any other indirect tax related compliance as may be required from time to time.

- FEMA compliance Assisting in filing of form FC-TRS and FC-GPR Liasoning with the advisors (legal and tax) for FEMA compliance while onboarding of foreign investors.

- SEBI related (this can be retained if we are ok for the person to take charge of this) Making sure corporate actions like issue, redemption of units of the funds are properly done in consultation with the RTA Making sure timely payment of stamp duty on issue or redemption of units of the funds Filing of Quarterly activity report with SEBI within the due timelines for the funds Filing of Annual PPM updates/changes with SEBI within the due timeline

- Liasoning with merchant banker for procurement of certificate required for filing with SEBI as part of above compliance Filing of Compliance test report with trustee and other stakeholders within the due timelines for the funds Assisting in annual PPM audit of the funds Assisting in CERSAI compliance during and after an investor onboarding

- Assisting in getting valuation report of the AIF from external value Making that all SEBI circulars and regulations (whether existing or new) are being complied in a timely manner.
