Responsibilities

1) Understanding the client requirements and handling the client Queries.

2) Shall be a lead point of contact for any/all key client matters, anticipate the client needs, manage projects efficiently, negotiate commercial terms and generate sales. Must have prior relationships with Tier 1/1 End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them required.

3) Interact with clients on a daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil. Get involved in the complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing.

4) Must have excellent communication skills

5) Proactive and a go getter with result oriented attitude

5) Work with recruiters and vendors, motivate and mentor them. Coordinating with the recruitment teams,setting priorities and to ensure that client requirements,delivery and hiring are met in a timely manner. Be accountable for revenue targets
