Job Description

Ridham Enterprise, an Apple authorized reseller, is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified Sales Personnel to drive our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates suitability for Sales roles.
Manage the entire hiring process, including onboarding and orientation of new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation.
Collaborate with the Sales team to understand their hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Requirements

Proven experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the technology or retail industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR tools.
